摘　　要：2013年4月25日当天，经过近7个小时的激辩，河南省平顶山中级人民法院以指控李怀亮犯故意杀人罪的事实不清、证据不足，判决李怀亮无罪，当庭释放。There's such a line in the South Korean movie Defender, 'A rock, whatsoever hard, remains dead, whereas an egg, whatsoever fragile, keeps zoetic, where therefore, the former will be doomed to be reduced to sand and soil, but the life bred by and from the latter will eventually win its day to fly over the former.' The movie has been watching tides of applauses following its release and has won several awards. Subsequent to the enjoyment of watching, people are turning out to be wrapped in their deep thoughts over the existence of a group, defenders.
