摘　　要：目的:从政策影响的角度分析2002—2012年广东省卫生人力资源变化趋势,并根据预期提出政策建议。方法:描述性统计分析、GM(1,1)预测模型。结果:卫生人力资源呈持续增长趋势,2005年起增长速度加快,但卫生人力资源结构仍不合理。结论:政策主导卫生人力资源变化方向,未来的政策调整应以盘活卫生人力资源为重心,改善结构,使卫生人力资源与卫生需求相适应。Objective： By analyzing the trend of health human resource in Guangdong from 2002 to 2012 from the perspective of the policy effect, then policy suggestions were put forward according to the forecast. Methods： Descriptive statistical analysis method, GM （1, 1）. Results： Health human resources showed a sustained growth trend, which accelerated since 2005, but the structure of health human resources was still unreasonable. Conclusion： Policy is the leading strength for the development of Health human resources; future policy adjustments should focus on revitalizing health human resources, improve the structure and to make health human resource match with health demand.
