胃腺癌中PTEN、VEGF的表达和Ki67增殖指数关系的研究

摘　　要：目的检测胃腺癌中PTEN、VEGF的表达和Ki67增殖指数的关系,探讨三者在不同临床病理特征中表达的临床意义。方法以84例胃腺癌存档的蜡块组织及患者的临床资料作为研究对象,应用免疫组化方法检测组织中PTEN、VEGF和Ki67的表达,以阳性率为计量指标,分析3种蛋白在肿瘤中表达的意义。结果胃腺癌中不同PTEN表达患者Ki67的表达、不同VEGF表达患者Ki67的表达均有显著性差异(P均<0.05),胃腺癌中PTEN的表达与是否侵出肌层、有无癌栓显著相关,VEGF的表达与淋巴结检出数量、分化程度显著相关,Ki67的表达与是否侵出肌层、肿瘤最大径显著相关(P<0.05)。结论胃腺癌中PTEN和VEGF均与Ki67的表达均具有相关性,三者异常表达均对病变进展有重要促进作用。PTEN抑癌作用、VEGF促癌作用可能与Ki67对增殖作用的调节有关。Objective It is to detect the expressions of PTEN, VEGF and Ki67, and analyze their clinical significance on different pathological characteristics in gastric adenocarcinoma. Methods 84 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma specimens and clinical data were selected to study. The expressions of PTEN, VEGF and Ki67 were detected by immunohistochemistry meth- od. The positive rate expressios of PTEN, VEGF and Ki67 were analyzed in neoplasm. Results There were significant differ- ences in the expression of Ki67 among different PTEN expression or VEGF expression （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of PTEN was correlated with extrusive muscle layer and cancer embolus （ all P 〈0. 05）. The expression of VEGF was correlated with lymph node quantity and differentiated degree （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of Ki67 was correlated with muscle layer invasion and tumor size （ all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There were correlation among the expression of PTEN, VEGF and Ki67. Their abnormal expression can promote the progression of gastric adenocarcinoma. The suppressor tumor function of PTEN and the promotion tumor function of VEGF may be correlated with the regulation of Ki67 on proliferation.
