摘  要:介绍了一种在可伐合金上电镀可焊性镀银新工艺,包括联合除油、酸洗活化、闪镀镍、铜预镀银、电镀银和镀后处理工序。所获得的可伐合金镀银层结合力良好,外观细致平整,能够在低轨道空间环境中耐受原子氧冲击试验和高低温冲击试验,满足抗拉强度等性能的要求。实验和测试证明了该工艺的可行性。A new process for electroplating solderable nickel-copper-silver composite coatings on kovar alloys was introduced, including unite-degreasing, pickling and activating, advanced-nickel plating, advanced-copper plating, silver plating and handles after electroplating. The silver platings on kovar alloys had good bonding force with smooth external appearance. The composite coatings were studied by the oxygen atom impact test and thermal shock test in low orbit space environment, and which had good tensile strength. The experiment results demonstrated the feasibility of this new process.
