柴胡疏肝散辅助芬太尼透皮贴治疗肝癌疼痛98例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察柴胡疏肝散辅助芬太尼透皮贴治疗肝癌疼痛临床效果。方法将98例肝癌疼痛患者随机分为2组,治疗组49例外用芬太尼透皮贴并服用柴胡疏肝散,对照组49例外用芬太尼透皮贴,并服用中药安慰剂。2组均治疗21 d,记录2组患者的芬太尼透皮贴使用剂量、数字疼痛分级法(NRS)疼痛评分及不良反应等相关数据。结果治疗组使用芬太尼透皮贴剂量少于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后NRS评分均降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后NRS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患者各项不良反应发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芬太尼透皮贴可以有效治疗肝癌疼痛,柴胡疏肝散能减少芬太尼透皮贴的使用剂量。Objective To observe the effect of Chaihu Shugan powder assisted with Fentanyl transdermal patches on the treatment of liver tumor pain. Methods 98 patients with liver tumor pain were randomly divided into two groups. 49 patients in treatment group were treated by Chaihu Shugan powder assisted with Fentanyl transdermal patches. 49 patients in control group were treated by Fentanyl transdermal patches combined with medicine placebo. The course was 21 days in two groups. Data for using doses of fentanyl transdermal patches, pain grading standards for numeric rating scale （NRS） pain scores and adverse reactions were recorded in two groups. Results Using doses of fentanyl transdermal patches in treatment group was less than that in control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. NRS score after treatment was lower than that before treatment in two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. There was no difference between two groups on NRS score after treatment （ P 〉 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Fentanyl transdermal patches can effectively treat liver tumor pain, Chaihu Shugan powder can decrease dosage of Fentanyl transdermal patches.
