关于日本综合商社制度的思考

摘　　要：日本的综合商社制度的出现与发展是"东方型"企业发展的一个典范。19世纪末20世纪初在日本出现的综合商社制度给日本对外贸易、总体经济的发展带来了相当的发展。本文探讨了日本综合商社的发展历史和发展原因,认为依托规模经济贸易理论,结合中国的实际情况,得出了一些有益的启示。The emergence and development of Japanese comprehensive company is a model for oriental - style enterprise development. In the later 19thcentury and early 20thcentury, the emergence of integrated trading systems in Japan had considerable impacts on the Japanese external trades and the overall economic development. This paper examines the history and development rea- sonsof Japanese comprehensive firms, relying on economies of large - scale production theory. And in line with China＇ s actual situations, we get some simple enlightenments.
