摘 要:以羽毛角蛋白(FK)和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)为原料,甘油为增塑剂,采用浇铸法制备FK与CMC共混复合膜。采用红外光谱分析(FTIR-ATR)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热重分析(TG)和扫描电镜(SEM)初步表征了复合膜的结构和性能。FTIR结果表明FK与CMC之间发生了美拉德反应(Maillard reaction),XRD结果表明CMC的加入破坏了FK的结晶程度,两者间发生的Maillard反应可能使复合膜生成新的结晶,同时甘油的添加也使得复合膜的结晶程度下降。DSC结果显示,FK/cMC共混物在110~160℃之间具有唯一的L,说明CMC与FK之间具有较好的相容性。TG结果表明,cMC的加入增强了复合膜的热稳定性。Blend films based on hydrolysis of feather keratin and sodium carboxy methyl cellulose, compatibi- lized by glycerol, were prepared by solution casting. Infrared spectroscopy(FTIR-ATR), Xray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetry analysis (TG) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were employed to characterize the structure and properties between FK and CMC in the blending systems. FTIR showed that Maillard reactions occurred between CIVIC and FK, and XRD results indicated that the addition of CIVIC destroyed the crystal structure of the FK, the blend films generated new crystallizations by Maillard reaction, while addition of glycerol also reduce the crystallinity of the blend films. According to DSC analysis, FK/CMC blends had a singleglass transition temperature (Tg) between 110 ℃ and 160 ℃, indicating that CMC and FK has good compatibili- ty. TO results indicated that addition of CMC enhanced thermal stability of the blend films.
