摘　　要：在分析学位论文版权归属的基础上,结合国内外相关经验,从合理使用、授权许可、技术手段等方面,提出了网络环境下学位论文版权保护与利用的对策建议。The paper analyzes copyright ownership of dissertation and bases on relevant experience at home and abroad, puts forward countermeasures on protection and utilization of dissertation copyright in network environment from aspects of rational use, licensing, technical means, and so on.
