摘　　要：艾滋病以及对艾滋病的预防和治疗,仍然是一个需全球共同关注的健康问题。本文对近年来国内外已批准上市的整合酶抑制剂拉替拉韦、埃替拉韦、dolutegravir等药物的研究与应用进行综述,以期为临床医生提供新的临床治疗选择。Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome （AIDS） and the prevention and treatment of AIDS, is still a common concern for global health problem. This paper reviewed the research and clinical applications of HIV integrase inhibitors at home and abroad such as raltegravir, elvitegravir, and dolutegravir in recent years, expecting to provide new clinical treatment options for doctors.
