摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育对老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者生活质量的影响。方法对2013年1—12月在河北联大附属医院心内科住院的106例老年慢性心力衰竭患者进行规范化的健康教育,采用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评定患者身体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能及总体生活质量等评分的变化。结果健康教育前后心功能Ⅰ级(即心功能正常)、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级(不同程度心力衰竭)患者的比例,差别具有统计学意义(χ2=33.1129,P<0.001)。健康教育前后老年CHF患者的身体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能及总体生活质量评分(t=33.836,20.160,21.915,19.889,-19.482;P<0.001)差异均有统计学意义。结论健康教育能够改善老年CHF患者的心功能状况,改善身体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能及总体生活质量,实施健康教育可有效促进慢性心力衰竭患者康复、改善生活质量,提高治疗效果。Objective To study the influence of health education on the life quality of elderly chronic heart failure （CHF） patients. Methods Between January 2013 and December 2013 ,106 elderly CHF patients were hospitalized in Cardiology Department of Hebei u-niversity affiliated hospital and given standardization health education .Life quality comprehensive evaluation questionnaire （ GQOLI -74） were used to assess elderly CHF patients＆#39;physical function,role function,emotional function,social function,the overall life quality score changes .Results The proportion of heart function class Ⅰ（ the normal heart function ） ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ（ different degree of heart failure level） patients before and after health education were 16.98% vs 54.72%,26.42% vs 15.09%,32.08% vs 18.87%,24.53% vs 11.32%respectively.Their differences were statistically significant （P〈0.001）.Physical function,role function,emotional function,so-cial function and the overall life quality score before and after health education of elderly CHF patients were （16.32 ±2.04 vs 13.37 ±2.02,5.64 ±1.40 vs 1.40 ±1.26,13.08 ±2.24 vs 2.24 ±2.36,6.47 ±1.11 vs 1.11 ±0.91,9.79 ±1.68 vs 1.68 ± 0.91） respectively.Their differences were statistical significance （P〈0.001）.Conclusion Health education can improve cardiac function in CHF elderly patients.Health education can improve physical function ,role function,emotional function,social function and the overall life quality .The implementation of health education can effectively promote the rehabilitation of CHF elderly patients ,and improve their life quality and the treatment effect .
