摘　　要：间隙分析是对影响牙弓间隙的诸多因素进行综合定量分析,判断矫治目标能否达成,从而制订矫治计划,指导正畸临床。影响牙弓间隙的因素主要包括拥挤度、Spee曲线深度、牙弓宽度、颌骨生长发育、牙弓突度、前后牙轴倾角等。国内外相关研究对于这些因素与牙弓间隙的定量分析结果不一。文中从以上6个方面对间隙分析的新进展作一综述。Orthodontics is the procedure of managing the space .Space analysis is a comprehensive quantitative analysis that can analyze the factors that influence the arch space .It also helps to judge if the treatment goals can be reached , thus helping the treat-ment plan making and guiding clinical orthodontics .And space analysis related factors include crowding , curve of Spee, arch width, arch growth, arch protrusion, mesiodistal angulation, an so on.In this review, we summarizes the above-mentioned factors.
