摘　　要：目的通过对树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DC)表面标志物CD1a和CD83在舌鳞癌、癌前病变及正常组织中表达状况的研究,探讨其在舌鳞癌中的功能状态及其与舌鳞癌患者临床病理学特征之间的关系。方法随机选取手术切除的舌鳞癌、舌癌前病变及舌正常组织标本共50例,应用免疫组织化学法检测DC表面标志物CD1a、CD83的表达情况。结果 CD1a在舌鳞癌、癌前病变和舌正常组织中的表达率分别为50%、0%和0%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。CD83在舌鳞癌、癌前病变和舌正常组织中的表达率分别为33%、0%和0%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.017)。在舌鳞癌组织中,CD83的表达水平在不同临床分期中有差异(P=0.014)。结论舌鳞癌患者局部微环境中存在一定的免疫反应,CD83+DC数量多的患者可能有较好的预后。Objective To investigate the expression of DC markers CD1a and CD83 on formalin-fixed,paraffin-embedded tissues of the tongue which have been diagnosed as squamous carcinoma,precancerous lesions,and normal tissues and to explore the clinical value of CD1a＋DC and CD83＋DC in squamous carcinoma. Methods fifty specimens comprising of squamous cell carcinoma,precancerous lesions,and normal tissues from the oral tongue were randomly selected from the surgical resets of Guangdong general hospital between June 2008 and June 2012 to elevate the distribution of DC expressing CD1a or CD83 by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of CD1a＋DC and CD83＋DC in tumor tissue was significantly higher than that in precancerous and normal tissues（ P = 0. 001 and 0. 017 respectively）.The expression level of CD83＋DC is different among different clinical stages. Conclusion There is a certain immune responses in patients with tongue squamous carcinoma microenvironment,a higher number CD83＋DC may be a better prognosis in tongue squamous cells carcinoma.
