摘 要:目的探讨触压式超声弹性成像鉴别诊断甲状腺良恶性结节的临床应用价值。方法 153例甲状腺结节患者同时行触压式超声弹性成像和常规超声检测,与病理检查结果对比,分析二者的诊断准确性。结果 153例患者检出甲状腺结节196个,病理学确诊良性129个,恶性67个。触压式超声弹性成像的诊断敏感性为88.06%,特异性为89.92%,准确性为89.29%;常规超声的诊断敏感性为62.69%,特异性为75.97%,准确性为71.43%,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论触压式超声弹性成像能为甲状腺结节良恶性的鉴别诊断提供有效依据,可提高甲状腺结节的诊断准确性。Objective To investigate the clinical value of real-time elastosonography in diagnosis of thyroid nodules. Methods One hundred and fifty-three patients with thyroid nodules diagnosed using real-time elastosonography and conventional ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed.The pathological findings was used as the standard reference. Results Altogether 196 nodules including 129 benign and 67 malignant lesions were detected.The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of the real-time elastosonography in diagnosis of thyroid nodules was 88.06% ,89.92% and 89.29% ,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of conventional ultrasound was 62.69% ,75.97% and 71.43% ,respectively.There was significant difference (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Real-time elastosonography is useful in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules, and it is possibly to improves the accuracy for thyroid nodules diagnosis.
