摘　　要：根治性膀胱切除有顺行和逆行两种切除方案,作者介绍了一些手术要点和技术改进,采用"顺逆结合"的根治性膀胱切除加原位新膀胱术可减少手术时间,降低手术难度。There are two methods including retrograde and anterograde approaches in radical cystectomy.In this article the author introduces some modifications of radical cystectomy,the ＂retrograde combined anterograde＂ approaches can degreased the surgical times and degree of difficulty.
