摘　　要：目的研究MAP4K4在肌层浸润性膀胱癌中的表达及其与肌层浸润性膀胱癌预后的相关性。方法对156例肌层浸润性膀胱癌蜡块切片,采用免疫组织化学技术检测MAP4K4蛋白在156例肌层浸润性膀胱癌组织的表达活性,分析MAP4K4蛋白表达与不同临床病理参数之间的相关性。通过Log-rank检验及COX回归分析判断MAP4K4的表达与预后的相关性。结果MAP4K4在肌层浸润性膀胱癌中的表达量与其淋巴血管侵犯、淋巴结转移、多发肿瘤及病理分期相关。单因素分析显示:MAP4K4的表达与肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者的预后显著相关,COX回归分析显示,在淋巴结阴性的68例肌层浸润性膀胱癌中,MAP4K4高表达与预后不良显著相关。结论 MAP4K4在肌层浸润性膀胱癌中表达水平与预后显著相关,是一个具有重要临床相关性的基因。Objective To study the expression of MAP4K4 in muscle-invasive bladder cancer （MIBC） and its relationship with the prognosis of patients with MIBC after radical cystectomy.Methods MAP4K4 expression in 156 cases of MIBC paraffin embedded specimens was detected with immunohistochemical staining.Association between MAP4K4 expression and clinicopathological parameters was evaluated with chi-square test.The association between MAP4K4 expression and prognosis of invasive bladder cancer was assessed with log-rank test and COX regression analysis.Results MAP4K4 expression was associated with lymphatic vascular invasion,lymph node metastasis,multiple tumors and pathological staging.MAP4K4 overexpression was significantly associated with poor prognosis of node-negative invasive bladder cancer.Conclusions MAP4K4 overexpression was significantly associated with the poor prognosis of invasive bladder cancer.This gene may serve as a potential target for gene therapy.
