摘　　要：患儿,男,18个月。面部起红斑、褐色斑片、结节1年余。病理诊断为着色性干皮病伴角化棘皮瘤。An eighteen-month child presented with erythema, brown plaques and nodules on his face for more than one year. The diagnosis of xeroderma pigmentosum with keratoacanthoma was made with histopathology.
