摘　　要：目的:了解昆山市卫生监督工作开展情况,总结取得的成效,查找存在的不足,提出相应的对策建议,促进卫生监督工作能力和水平的进一步提升。方法:通过卫生监督信息系统相关数据导出和工作开展相关资料的调查来收集数据。结果:卫生行政许可网上审批率达96.12%,总承诺时限从422个工作日压缩至295个工作日,总提速率为30.09%,群众满意率100%;日常监督检查和卫生行政处罚力度不断加大,案件结案率年均达92.43%;投诉举报查办率和结案率均为100%,群众满意率达到99.3%;重大活动饮食饮水安全保障到位;突发事件呈逐年下降趋势,应急处置及时率、规范率均达100%。结论:近年来,昆山市卫生监督综合监管能力和水平均明显提升,较好地履行了职责,成效显著。建议进一步增加人员配置,加快信息化建设步伐。Objective： To study the work situation of the health supervision in Kunshan city, summarize achievements, look for inadeguacies, propose appropriate countermeasures, and to promote the ability and level of haalth supervision Methods： The data was collected by data export from the health supervision information system and investigation in work performance. Results： In 2012 , the approval rate of the health administrative license on- line was 96.12%, the total commitment time reduced from 422 working days to 295 working days, the total speed rate was 30.09%, and the satisfaction rate was 100%; the daily supervision and inspection and health administra- tive punishment cases increasing, the ending rate of cases was 92.43% annually; the protection of the eating and drinking during major activities was comprehensive; incidents decreased year by year, and both the emergency disposal timely rate and the standardized rate reached 100%.Conclusion： In recent years, the integrated regulation ability and level of Kunshan health supervision were both improved significantly to better perform their duties and achieve remarkable results. This paper suggests further increasing staffing levels and accelerating the pace of infor- mation technology construction.
