辅助生殖技术中的早期流产胚胎染色体分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨利用辅助生殖技术妊娠后较高的流产率与胚胎染色体异常的关系。方法 :对辅助生殖技术妊娠后自然流产 (ART妊娠组 ) 33例 ,自然妊娠后自然流产 (自然妊娠组 ) 30例的流产绒毛进行染色体检查 ,分析流产胚胎的染色体异常情况。结果 :ART妊娠组 33例中 ,流产胚胎染色体异常率 6 3.6 % (2 1/ 33) ,明显高于其它自然流产相关因素 (P <0 .0 0 5 ) ;自然妊娠组 30例中 ,流产胚胎染色体异常率 5 6 .7% (17/ 30 ) ,明显高于其它自然流产相关因素 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。ART妊娠组与自然妊娠组的自然流产胚胎的染色体异常率无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。两组流产胚胎染色体异常共 38例 ,其中染色体数量异常 34例 (89.5 % ) ,染色体结构异常 4例 (10 .5 % )。在染色体数量异常的 34例中 ,ART妊娠组占 5 0 % (17/ 34) ,自然妊娠组占 5 0 % (17/ 34) ,两组间无差异 ;而染色体结构异常的 4例全部出现在ART妊娠组中的ICSI组。结论 :辅助生殖技术妊娠后的高流产率与流产胚胎的染色体异常密切相关 。Objective:To investigate the relationship between the chromosomal anomalies and the higher abortion rate after the treatment ofassisted reproductive technology (ART).Methods:The subjects were divided into two groups:33 cases afterART (ART pregnancy group) and 30 cases conceived spontaneously (spontaneous pregnancy group).Chromosomes of chorionic villi of the two abortion gruops were analyzed.Results: The detection rate of chromosome aberration was 63.6%(21/33) in ART pregnancy group and 56.7%(17/30) in spontaneous pregnancy group.Conclusion:The chromosome aberration has close relation with thehigher abortion rate after the treatment of ART,and the detection rate of chromosome aberration is not statistically different between the ART pregnancy groupand the spontaneous pregnancy group.
