摘　　要：通过分析社会管理与服务专业的特点,总结相关社会管理与服务专业人才的需求,通过调查研究,进一步的了解社区管理与服务专业人才需求的标准,为制定了社区管理与服务专业的人才标准提供借鉴。Through the analysis of the characteristics of the social management and professional service, summing up the relevant social management and service of professional requirements, through the investigation and study, understand the community man-agement and service professionals demand further standard, for the community management and service of professional talent stan-dard reference.
