摘　　要：分析了连铸生产基本工艺和液面加压控制的基本方案,从PLC组成及控制、涡流检测两个方面对控制系统的硬件进行分析。根据控制方案和要求,对液面模糊PID控制流程进行设计,实现连铸的稳定。This the basic process and continuous casting production level pressurization control were analyzes, and then the control system hardware was analyzed form the composition and controll scheme of PLC and the eddy current testing.According to the control schemes and requirements of fuzzy PID, a control flow of the level was designed to achieve the continuous casting stability.
