摘  要:以一锅法合成的CdS量子点为核心,采用单源分子前驱体法成功制备了高质量的油溶性CdS/ZnS核-壳量子点,量子点荧光量子产率高达43.7%,荧光寿命为306 ns。进一步用谷胱甘肽作为相转移剂,将油溶性CdS/ZnS量子点成功转入水相。采用紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)、荧光光谱(PL)、时间分辨荧光光谱(TRF)、透射电镜(TEM)和X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)对量子点的光谱性质和形貌、结构进行表征。结果表明:谷胱甘肽修饰的量子点水溶性好,粒径均匀,分散性良好,荧光量子产率高,荧光寿命长,显示了较好的生物分析应用前景。High-quality oil-soluble CdS /ZnS core-shell quantum dots(QDs) were synthesized via the single source molecular precursor method using CdS as core, which was prepared via a simple noninjection one-pot method,and zinc diethyldithiocarbamate as ZnS shell precursor. The obtained CdS /ZnS core-shell QDs show the maximum photoluminescence(PL) quantum yield(QY) up to 43. 7% and long fluorescent lifetimes of 306 ns. Furthermore,the water transfer of the oil-soluble CdS /ZnS core-shell QDs using glutathione(GHS) was explored. The optical properties,morphologies and crystal structures of QDs were characterized by UV-vis absorption spectra,PL emission spectra,time-resolved fluorescent spectra(TRF),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and power X-ray diffraction(XRD). The water-soluble QDs not only maintain good monodispersity and narrow size distribution,but also show high PL QY and long fluorescent lifetimes. The results show the potential biological application of the asprepared water-soluble CdS /ZnS QDs.
