摘 要:目的基于肝脏CT图像构建温控射频消融仿真模型。方法基于人体腹腔CT扫描数据构建符合真实形态的肝脏几何模型;在此基础上,采用Comsol软件,基于反馈温度的比例积分控制方法调节电极针施加电压,构建温控射频消融仿真模型。结果所构建的温控射频消融仿真模型能较好地模拟温控消融模式,其组织最高温度、施加电压均与临床应用相符。结论本研究成功构建了基于肝脏CT图像的温控射频消融仿真模型。Objective To construct a temperature-controlled radio frequency ablation (RFA) simulation model based on CT images of liver. Methods A lifelike geometric liver model was developed based on human abdominal CT data. Then the simulation of temperature-controlled mode of RFA was carried out based on that geometric model in Comsol software, which adjusted its applied voltage of electrode by feedback temperature using the proportional-integral controlled algorithm. Results The model could successfully simulate the temperature-controlled mode of RFA. The obtained maximum tissue temperature and applied voltage were compatible with clinical situations. Conclusion The temperature-controlled RFA simulation model has been successfully constructed from CT images of human liver.
