摘　　要：目的:研究Survivin及P53在唾液腺腺样囊性癌(Salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma,SACC)中的表达,探讨其与临床病理因素的关系及两者的相关性。方法:采用SP免疫组织化学染色方法检测36例SACC及10例癌旁正常涎腺组织标本中Survivin及P53的表达,采用SPSS13.0软件行统计分析。结果:SACC组织中Survivin及P53阳性表达率分别为66.67%、69.44%。两者的表达与临床分期密切相关;P53还与淋巴转移、肿瘤病理类型相关,癌旁正常腮腺组织未见两者表达。结论:Survivin及P53可能与SACC的发生、发展有关。Objective：To evaluate the clinical significance of Survivin and P53expression in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma（SACC）and its relationship.Methods：Immunohistochemical staining（SP）was used to quantify Survivin and P53expression in specimens from 36patients with SACC and normal parotid gland tissues nearby from 10patients as control.SPSS13.0statistical software was used.Results：The expression rates of Survivin and P53in the36cases of SACC were 66.67%and 69.44%respectively.The positive rate of Survivin and P53strongly associated clinicopathologic stage.P53associated with lymphatic metastasis and pathology category.Survivin and P53were not expressed at adjacent normal parotid gland tissues.Conclusion：Survivin and P53may participate in the onset and development of SACC.Quantification of Survivin and P53in SACC may provide a valuable marker for prognosis of patients with SACC.
