摘 要:目的观察引导骨组织再生(GBR)技术在口腔颌面部创伤后牙缺失伴骨缺损种植修复中应用的效果。方法选择口腔颌面部创伤后牙缺失伴骨缺损病人25例,种植手术中应用GBR技术成功植人ITI Straumann等常用牙种植体61枚。4~6个月后行二期手术及上部结构修复,随访1~2年,观察种植体稳定性、骨结合情况及种植体周围骨量与软组织形态变化情况。结果本组病例修复后随访期内,除1枚种植体脱落外,其余种植体骨结合情况良好,存留率98%。软组织形态正常,病人满意度良好。结论GBR技术具有较好的骨增量效果,且术中病人痛苦较小、易被接受,适应证广泛,是创伤性牙缺失种植修复中较好的辅助手段之一。Objective To observe the clinical effects of guided bone regeneration (GBR) technique in dental implant restoration for tooth loss due to oromaxillo-facial region (OMFR) trauma. Methods Twenty-five patients with tooth loss accompanying bone deletion after OMFR trauma were enrolled in this study. GBR technique was applied and 61 dental implants that commonly used by ITI Straumann and others were successfully inserted. Secondary surgeries and restoration of upper structure were done after 4-6 months and followed up for 1-2 years. Stability of the implants, synostosis, bone mass and soft tissues surroun ding the implants were observed. Results During the follow-up period, all the synostosis of the implants were good, except one with the implant fell off, the success rate being 98%. Appearance of the soft tissues was normal, and patients satisfied with the treatments. Conclusion The guided bone regeneration technique is one of better adjuvant methods to repair traumatic loss of teeth, less pain at surgery, and accepted widely.
