摘 要:目的探讨绞股蓝皂苷对复发性口腔溃疡(Recurrent Oral Ulcer,ROU)模型大鼠的疗效。方法 (1)用免疫法建立实验大鼠复发性口腔溃疡动物模型,观察大鼠的口腔黏膜面积的变化。(2)用流式细胞术检测大鼠外周血T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+以及CD4+/CD8+。(3)采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法检测SOD活性,硫代巴比妥酸法检测MDA的含量。结果绞股蓝皂苷可以显著地减小复发性口腔溃疡直径(P<0.05),对ROU模型具有一定的免疫调节作用,绞股蓝皂苷和左旋咪唑都能使降低的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+得到回升,免疫调节作用与左旋咪唑差异无显著性(P>0.05),另外绞股蓝皂苷具有抗氧化作用,抗氧化作用显著地优于左旋咪唑(P<0.05)。结论绞股蓝皂苷抗溃疡作用显著,能够加速大鼠口腔溃疡的愈合,具有一定的应用价值。Objective To investigate the efficacy of gypenosides in treatment of recurrent oral ul-cer (ROU) in rats .Methods To establish the experimental animal models of rats with ROU by immu-noassay method ,and observe the changes in the area of the oral mucosa of rats .To measure the pe-ripheral blood T cell subsets CD3+ ,CD4+ and CD4+ /CD8+ in rats by flow cytometry method .To measure the SOD activity by xanthine oxidase method and MDA contact by thiobarbituric acid method . Results Gypensides could significantly reduce the recurrent oral ulcers diameter (P〈0 .05) ,and had certain immunomodulatory effect on ROU models .Gypenosides and levamisole could also improve the CD3+ ,CD4+ ,CD4+ /CD8+ values ,while the immunomodulatory of gypenosides and levamisole there were no statistically significant differences (P〉 0 .05) .Gypenosides had antopxidation ,which was better than levamisole .Conclusion Gypenosides had a significant anti-ulcer effect on ROU ,could accel-erate the healing of oral ulcer in rats ,which had certain application value .
