摘 要:为了研究肉牛微量元素舔砖对肉牛血清中微量元素水平和抗氧化性能的影响,选取河西肉牛20头,随机分为2组,试验组添加肉牛微量元素舔砖,对照组仅饲喂基础日粮。分别在试验初和试验结束时静脉采血,测定肉牛血清中的微量元素水平和抗氧化指标变化。结果表明,肉牛微量元素舔砖可显著提高肉牛血清中Cu、Zn、Se水平,并能显著提高血清中T-SOD、GSH-Px、T-AOC水平,降低血清中MDA水平。提示肉牛微量元素舔砖具有显著提高肉牛血清微量元素水平和增强机体抗氧化能力的功效。The aim of this study was to analysis the effect of trace element lick block on antioxidant ability and trace element level of Hexi Beef Cattle. 20 Hexi Beef Cattle were randomly dNided into experimental group and control group, the former were added trace elements block and the latter were given only basic diet. Trace elements level and the antioxidant index in beef cattle serum were determined at the begimfing and the end of the experiment, respectively. The resuhs showed that the trace elements lick block could significantly improve the level of Cu, Zn and Se in beef cattle serum (P〈O.05), as well as it could significantly improve the level of T-SOD, GSH-Px and T-AOC (P〈O.05 or P〈O.O1), and reduce the MDA h, vel in serum (P〈O.05). It is concluded that the trace elements lick block could improve the level of trace elements and euhance the antioxidant capacity of beef cattle.
