156例爆裂性眶壁骨折的临床法医学分析

摘　　要：在人身伤害案件中,爆裂性眶壁骨折约占3%,且多为邻里纠纷导致的伤害。在处理此类伤害案件中,损伤程度的鉴定非常关键。眶壁骨折有的预后较好,不会留有功能障碍;有的可能产生复视,留下眼球内陷和眼球运动障碍等后遗症。只有做到公平、公正、准确地鉴定,才能把案件处理好。在日常法医鉴定工作中,通过对156例爆裂性眶壁骨折进行法医学分析,并结合实际办案,提出一些鉴定建议,希望为同行提供一些参考。In personal injury cases, orbital blowout fractures account for about 3%, and more for neighborhood disputes caused injury. In dealing with such injury cases, the extent of damage identification is critical. Some good prognosis orbital fracture, will not leave dysfunction; some may produce diplopia, leaving enophthalmos and eye movement disorders and other complications. Only to be fair, impartial and accurate identification, in order to deal with the case. In everyday forensic work, through the 156 cases of orbital blowout fracture forensic analysis, combined with the practical handling, make some identification suggestions, hoping to provide some reference for the peer.
