摘　　要：医学图书馆的建设发展与读者行为紧密相连,基于首都医科大学在校生的调查,结合调研结果,从读者对图书馆利用情况、读者对图书馆满意度、读者对图书馆服务的参与度、图书馆占座问题等角度加以分析,提出加强资源建设,扩充资源储备;加大宣传力度,资源合理利用;学生骨干以身作则,带动他人等建议,以期为首都医科大学图书馆的建设与发展提供参考。The development of a library is closely linked with the behavior of readers. Based on the survey of students at Capital Medical University and the questionnaire result, this paper analyzes readers’ views on the utilization of the library, the satisfaction with the library, the participation in the library service, and the seatoccupying problem. Then suggests that the library should strengthen the resources construction and resources expansion, intensify propaganda, and use resources reasonably, that the backbones of students should lead others by examples. In the end, the paper also provides reference for the construction and development of the library in Capital Medical University.
