摘  要:目的:探讨急性白血病细胞免疫治疗的新途径。方法:自正常健康人外周血分离淋巴细胞进行培养,于不同时间分别加入相应的细胞因子,培养9天后收获CIK和DC细胞。按照1∶5的比例将DC细胞与CIK细胞混合培养,收集共培养的细胞,以不同比例与急性粒系白血病细胞共培养测定细胞杀伤活性。结果:DC细胞与CIK细胞共培养后,其细胞增殖能力、细胞毒活性与单独CIK细胞相比有统计学差异。在同一效靶比对急性粒系白血病细胞均有杀伤作用,随着效靶比的增高对急性粒系白血病细胞的杀伤活性增强。结论:DC细胞可增强CIK细胞的杀伤活性。To find better immunocompetent cells to cure leukemia. Methods:Lymphocytes were isola-ted from healthy volunteers' peripheral blood samples and separately cultured with cytokines at certain culture time to obtain DC and CIK cells after nine days. Harvested DC and CIK cells were co - cultured at a proportion of 1 to 5. Kill-ing effect of CIK cells on acute granulocyte leukemia cells of patients co - cultured with DC and CIK cells at different cellular proportion was detected. Results:The reproductive capacity and cytotoxic activity of CIK co - cultured with DC were significantly higher than those of CIK alone(P ﹤ 0. 05). The cytotoxicity of CIK cells on acute granulocyte leukemia cells were increased with growing effector - target ratios. Conclusion:DC cells can enhance the cytotoxicity of CIK cells on acute granulocyte leukemia cells.
