摘　　要：目的:分析α-1,6岩藻糖基转移酶(FUT8)与甲胎蛋白异质体(AFP-L3)在原发性肝癌(PLC)诊断中的应用价值。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法分别检测我院92例PLC患者和42例非原发肝癌(NPLC)患者血清中FUT8和AFP-L3。结果:经统计学分析,PLC组与NPLC组血清FUT8和AFP-L3比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:α-1,6岩藻糖基转移酶(FUT8)与甲胎蛋白异质体(AFP-L3)在原发性肝癌(PLC)诊断中有一定的应用价值。To study the value of α - 1,6 - fucosyltransferase and alpha - fetoprotein variant in diagno-sis of the primary liver cancer（PLC）. Methods：By using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）,detecting the FUT8 and AFP - L3 in sera of 92 cases of PLC patients and 42 cases of non - primary liver carcinoma（NPLC）. Re-sults：Through statistical analysis,serum FUT8 and AFP - L3 had significant difference between PLC group and NPLC group（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion：α - 1,6 - fucosyltransferase and alpha - fetoprotein variant have some value in the di-agnosis of primary liver cancer（PLC）.
