摘　　要：产品全生命周期的协调和优化是制造业获得竞争优势的必要条件。讨论了产品全生命周期及产品全生命周期管理的定义及内涵 ,分析了制造业产品全生命周期各阶段的主要影响因素及产品全生命周期管理理论的主要研究内容 ,建立了产品全生命周期管理理论体系的初步框架。在对国内外产品全生命周期管理理论应用现状简析的基础上 。The collaborative product lifecycle is a necessary condition for manufacturing Industry. Firstly, the concepts of product lifecycle and product lifecycle management are discussed. Then, based on the analyzed factors on every stage in product lifecycle, the contents of product lifecycle management system are introduced and the initial theoretical framework of product lifecycle management is established. The studies of product lifecycle management must be speeded in China according to the status that the technologies of product lifecycle management are investigated and applied.
