摘　　要：胃癌临床上虽有多种治疗方法可供选择,但其术后复发率、死亡率都较高。目前,外科手术仍然是胃癌治疗的主要手段,并在胃癌根治性手术的规范化取得共识。化学治疗、放射治疗主要用于术后辅助治疗、预防复发及晚期胃癌的治疗;热疗、靶向治疗、免疫治疗是目前研究的热点。Clinically,though there are many treatments are available forgastric cancer,but the postoperative recur-rence rate is higher. At present,surgery is still the principal means of treatment of gastric cancer,and the standard consensus of radical surgery for gastric cancer. Chemotherapy and radiation therapy are mainly used for postoperative adjuvant therapy to prevent recurrence. Thermal therapy,targeted therapy and immunotherapy are hotspot of current research.
