摘  要:学生评教是对教师教学质量认定的重要依据,但同时评价结果也会受到诸多因素的影响。通过数据挖掘技术中的贝叶斯算法,对北京中医药大学学生评教的原始数据进行实证分析,分别从学生、教师、课程等方面筛选影响学生评教结果的背景因素,得出评教结果会受到学生专业、开课院系、课程学分、评价课程类别、教师专业技术职务、入学年份等因素的影响。根据影响程度的强弱,提取关键影响因素,对其中影响程度较强的前3项因素进行分析,并提出解决对策。Student' s evaluation on teaching is an important basis for the identification of teacher' s teaching quality. However, the evaluation results will be influenced by many factors. Through Bayes algorithm of data mining technology, the authors conducted an empirical analysis on the original data of students' evaluation on teaching in the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. The background factors that influence the students' evaluation on teaching were screened from the aspects of student, teacher and course respectively, and the result showed that the factors concerning the majors of students, teaching departments, course credits, course types, teachers' professional and technical positions and year of admission will affect the resuhs of students' evaluation on teaching. According to influencing degree, the key influence factors were extracted among all factors and first 3 strong factors were analyzed, and a countermeasure was put forward.
