早期康复训练对急性脑卒中患者的治疗价值

摘　　要：目的观察早期康复训练对急性脑卒中患者的神经功能、运动功能及日常生活能力恢复的影响。方法将78例急性脑卒中患者随机分为观察组(40例)与对照组(38例)。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予康复宣教及早期康复训练,分别比较康复训练1个月、3个月后的神经功能缺损(NHSS)评分、运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分、改良Barthel指数评定量表(MBI)评分。结果治疗1个月后,观察组MBI评分显著高于对照组,NHSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。Fugl-Meyer评分2组无显著差异。治疗3个月后,2组MBI评分及NHSS评分差异更加显著,Fugl-Meyer评分也呈现出显著差异。结论早期康复训练可显著促进急性脑卒中患者的神经功能、运动功能及日常生活能力的恢复。Objective To observe the effect of early rehabilitation training on the recoveries of neurologic function,movement function and activities of daily living in patients with acute cerebral stroke.Methods A total of 78 patients with acute stoke were randomly divided into control group （38 patients） treated with routine treatment and observation group （40 patients） added with rehabilitation education and early rehabilitation training,and the scores of national institutes of health stroke scale （NHSS）,Fugl-meyer assessment （FMA） and modified Barthel index （MBI）after 1 month and 3 months training were compared in both groups.Results After 1 month training,observation group was evidently higher in MBI score but apparently lower in NHSS score than control group （P ＜ 0.05）.However,there was no significant difference between two groups in FMA score.After 3 months training,the difference of MBI and NHSS scores was significant between two groups and the difference was significant in FMA score.Conclusion Early rehabilitation training can obviously improve the recovery of neurologic function,movement function and activities of daily living patients with acute stroke.
