摘　　要：目的探讨老年急性脑梗死患者血清胰岛素生长因子-1(IGF-1)的水平变化及临床意义。方法选取本院2011年1月—2013年1月收治的60例老年急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,并根据患者年龄分为老年组和高龄组,每组30例,另选取同期30例健康老年体检者作为对照组。采用免疫放射分析法(IRMA)测定各组患者IGF-1水平并比较。结果与对照组比较,老年组和高龄组患者IGF-1水平显著降低(P<0.01),且高龄组较老年组降低更为显著(P<0.05)。结论老年急性脑梗死患者IGF-1水平显著下降,监测IGF-1水平对急性脑梗死的诊断与治疗均有重要的意义。Objective To explore the change and significance of serum insulin-like growth factor 1 （IGF-1） level in elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods 60 elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke were collected and divided into senile group and elder group according to patient＇s age,30 cases in each group.Another 30 healthy elderly people were collected and designed as control group.Level of IGF-1 was detected by IRMA and compared among three groups.Results Compared with control group,levels of IGF-1 in senile group and elder group decreased significantly （P＜ 0.01）,and the level of which in the senile group was significantly lower than that in the elder group（P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Level of IGF-1 decreases significantly in elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke,and the monitoring of IGF-1 level show a very important significance in the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke.
