摘　　要：老年服务与管理专业的大学生在面对就业问题时容易陷入一些心理困境。通过问卷调查和访谈等方法,从职业意识、择业心理、自我认知和情绪等4个方面对调查对象进行分析,提出提高自我评价能力和社会适应能力、加强择业心理教育及情绪管理等具体措施,进一步完善人才培养模式,提高学生的职业适应性。Some students of elderly services and management majors is in the psychological dilemma in the face of the employment problem. Through the methods of questionnaire and interview, this paper analyses from four aspects such as professional consciousness, psychology of career choice, self cognition and mood, puts forward specific measures including improving the students＇ ability of self-evaluation and social adaptability, strengthen the employment education and emotional management, so as to further improve the personnel training mode and improve the students＇ vocational adaptability.
