摘　　要：根据目前国内企业经营管理平台存在的问题,介绍了数字化企业经营管理系统的规划方案。方案包括4层构架体系,并重点分析了其中业务管理应用层所包含的生产调度管理、运销管理、物资供应管理、生产成本管理、生产衔接管理和机电设备管理等6部分内容,介绍了数字化企业经营管理系统对于煤炭企业的管理流程、成本控制、物资调配、辅助决策、人才培养方面所起的作用。对于煤炭企业建设数字化经营管理系统具有一定参考意义。According to the problems existed in an operation and management platform of the present domestic enterprises,the paper introduced the planning plan of the digitalized enterprise operation and management system. Including a four layer framework system, the paper stressed the analysis on the business management application layer, including the contents of the production dispatching management, transportation and sales management, material supply management, production cost control,production connection management and electromechanical equipment management and introduced the operation and management system of the digitalized enterprises affected to the management process, cost control, material allocation, assistant decision-making and personnel training aspects. Certain reference significances would be provided to the digitalized operation and management system to be built in the coal enterprises.
