摘 要:针对某轿车乘员舱内在加速工况下的发电机噪声抱怨,通过在消声室内进行固体声和空气声识别,找到了发电机噪声抱怨的产生原因为固体声.针对此抱怨,采取优化发电机爪极的措施来优化电磁噪声.主观评价和客观分析结果表明:优化方案解决了发电机噪声抱怨问题,改善了发电机的声品质.There has not been much research on automobile generator noise. And there has been even less re-search on the noise from the perspective of generator structure. This paper studied the complaint about the inter-nal acceleration generator noise in the automobile passenger compartment. By analyzing whether the generator noise in the whole car is solid-born noise or air-born noise, this paper has found that the reason for the noise complaint is that it is solid-born noise. In view of this noise complaint, the generator claw pole was optimized to solve the noise problem. Objective tests and subjective evaluation results showed that the optimized generator can solve the generator noise complaint problem, and at the same time improve the generator acoustic quality considerably. This paper can serve as a reference for automobile generator noise optimization.
