摘 要:目的:调查分析三甲医院心内科护士关怀能力与患者护理满意度关系。方法:按照随机数字表法选取15所三甲医院的心内科护士375名、患者255例及家属179名,采用护士关怀能力评价量表和心内科护理满意度调查问卷进行调查。结果:不同护龄护士认知、勇气、耐心维度得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),不同职称护士勇气、耐心维度得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),护士关怀能力与患者护理满意度呈正相关(r=0.401,P<0.01),心内科护士关怀能力各维度对整体护理满意度具有预测作用(R2=0.336,P<0.01)。结论:三甲医院心内科护士关怀能力对求医者护理满意度有促进作用,应着力于提高护士的关怀能力,以提升患者护理满意度。Objective:To investigate and analyze the relationship between the nurse g caring ability and patients' satisfaction in the department of cardiology of Grade 111 - A general hospitals. Methods :375 nurses,255 patients and 179 family members were randomly selected from the department of cardiology of 15 Grade m - A general hospitals and they were investigated by using evaluation scale of nurseg caring ability and questionnaire on nursing satisfaction. Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the scores of cognition, courage and patience of the nurses in different nursing age ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; the differences in the comparison of the scores of courage and patience of the nurses with different professional title were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; the nurseg caring ability was positively correlated with nursing satisfaction (r = 0. 401 ,P 〈0.01) ; the each dimension of the nurse's caring ability had the predictable functions to the overall nursing satisfaction ( R^2 = 0. 336, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : The nurse's caring ability in the department of cardiology can improve patient's satisfaction with nursing care and the emphasis should be on improving nurse's caring ability.
