三甲医院心内科护士关怀能力与患者护理满意度关系调查分析

摘　　要：目的:调查分析三甲医院心内科护士关怀能力与患者护理满意度关系。方法:按照随机数字表法选取15所三甲医院的心内科护士375名、患者255例及家属179名,采用护士关怀能力评价量表和心内科护理满意度调查问卷进行调查。结果:不同护龄护士认知、勇气、耐心维度得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),不同职称护士勇气、耐心维度得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),护士关怀能力与患者护理满意度呈正相关(r=0.401,P<0.01),心内科护士关怀能力各维度对整体护理满意度具有预测作用(R2=0.336,P<0.01)。结论:三甲医院心内科护士关怀能力对求医者护理满意度有促进作用,应着力于提高护士的关怀能力,以提升患者护理满意度。Objective：To investigate and analyze the relationship between the nurse g caring ability and patients＇ satisfaction in the department of cardiology of Grade 111 - A general hospitals. Methods ：375 nurses,255 patients and 179 family members were randomly selected from the department of cardiology of 15 Grade m - A general hospitals and they were investigated by using evaluation scale of nurseg caring ability and questionnaire on nursing satisfaction. Results：There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the scores of cognition, courage and patience of the nurses in different nursing age （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the differences in the comparison of the scores of courage and patience of the nurses with different professional title were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the nurseg caring ability was positively correlated with nursing satisfaction （r = 0. 401 ,P 〈0.01） ; the each dimension of the nurse＇s caring ability had the predictable functions to the overall nursing satisfaction （ R^2 = 0. 336, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The nurse＇s caring ability in the department of cardiology can improve patient＇s satisfaction with nursing care and the emphasis should be on improving nurse＇s caring ability.
