摘　　要：目的探讨AFP、CA19-9、CEA和CA72-4四组肿瘤标志物在消化道恶性肿瘤诊断中的临床价值。方法选择100例消化道恶性肿瘤患者、50例消化道良性疾病患者和50例健康体检者,测定其血清中AFP、CA19-9、CEA和CA72-4的水平,进行比较分析。结果恶性肿瘤组血清AFP、CA19-9、CEA和CA72-4水平明显高于良性疾病组和健康对照组(P<0.01),而良性疾病组和健康对照组之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);四种血清肿瘤标志物联合检测消化道恶性肿瘤的灵敏度和特异度均明显高于单独检测(P<0.05)。结论 AFP、CA19-9、CEA和CA72-4联合检测在消化道恶性肿瘤的诊断中有较高的灵敏性和特异性,对消化道恶性肿瘤的诊断具有重要的临床意义。Objective To investigate the value of AFP, CA19-9, CEA and CA72-4 in the diagnosis of digestive tract malignant tumor. Methods Choose 100 cases of digestive tract malignant tumors, 50 cases of benign digestive tract disease and 50 healthy people, detect and compare the AFP, CA19-9, CEA and CA72-4 levels in their serum. Results The levels of AFP, CA19-9, CEA and CA72-4 were significantly higher in the group of malignant tumors than in the other two groups （P〈0.01）, but showed no statistical differences between benign disease group and health control group （P〉0.05）. The de-tection of the four serum tumor markers combined for gastrointestinal tract malignant tumor showed significantly higher sensitivity and specific degrees than the detection of single marker （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The joint detection with AFP, CA19-9, CEA and CA72-4 had high sensitivity and specificity and thus is important in the diagnosis of digestive tract ma-lignant tumors.
