溶菌酶含片预防放射性口咽反应的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察溶菌酶含片预防放射性口咽反应的临床效果。方法将48例确诊为面颈部恶性肿瘤的患者随机分为实验组(25例)和对照组(23例)。两组患者在接受面颈部外照射治疗的同时,实验组给予溶菌酶含片含服,对照组给予多贝氏液含漱,比较两组患者口咽反应的发生情况。结果实验组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(80.0%vs.52.17%,P<0.05)。实验组口咽反应Ⅰ度8例、Ⅱ度10例、Ⅲ度7例、Ⅳ度0例,对照组口咽反应Ⅰ度2例、Ⅱ度反应3例、Ⅲ度12例、Ⅳ度6例。两组口咽反应程度分级比较,实验组明显轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0003)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论溶菌酶含片能更好地预防放射性口咽反应。Objective To observe the clinical effects of lysozyme tablets in the prevention of radiation stomatitis. Meth-ods 48 patients who were diagnosed with neck cancer were randomly assigned to the experimental group （25 patients）, and the control group （23 patients）. Patients from the two groups underwent radiation therapy on the face and neck. Meanwhile, the experimental group was given lysozyme tablets containing clothing, while the control group was given Berlusconi liquid gargle. The clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacies of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group （80.0%vs. 52.17%, P〈0.05）. In the experiment group, oropharyngeal reaction of degreeⅠwas found in 8 cases, that of degreeⅡin 10 cases, and that of degreeⅢin 7 cases, and yet no oropha-ryngeal reaction of degreeⅣwas found. In the control group, oropharyngeal reaction of degreeⅠwas found in 2 cases, that of degreeⅡin 3 cases, that of degreeⅢ in 12 cases, and that of degreeⅣin 6 cases. Oropharynx reaction degree in the experimental group was significantly lighter than that of the control group （P=0.0003）. No significant adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Conclusion Lysozyme tablets could better prevent the radioactive pharyngitis reactions.
