农科类专业大学生就业问题初探——以山西农业大学为例

摘　　要：以山西农业大学的农科类专业的学生为调查对象,分析农科类专业学生就业状况。调查显示:农科类专业大学生就业,存在意向不佳、条件较差、底气不足等问题。社会保障体系不完善、就业环境不公平、学校人才培养方案适应性差是造成这种状况的重要因素。要切实落实优惠政策、加强宣传引导及立法、确立以市场为导向的人才培养机制,为大学生就业创造公平的环境,为大学生就业奠定坚实的基础。In this article,a survey is conducted among the students of agricultural major to analyze the situation about their employment. According to the survey,problems in this regard arise due to the students’ weak intention,the poor condition of the job,and their lack of resonance. The reasons for the situation consist in the imperfect social security system,the unfair employment environment and the weak adaptability of the training program for the talents. Therefore,in order to cultivate a fair environment for the employment of the students and to lay a solid foundation for their employment,it is necessary to really implement the preferential policies,strengthen the publicity,guidance and legislation,and establish a market- oriented talent development mechanism.
