摘　　要：权力在中国大学的资源竞争领域是一种通行到底的支配力量,它既内含强制性的国家意志,也糅杂了复杂的官员意志。因此,面向权力展开高强度的竞争是当前大学资源竞争的基本特征,其中,基于权力庇佑的关系争夺是竞争失范的典型表现。可见,权力配置必须让渡,实现让渡的基础是权力理性由外部控制转为内部控制,即控制的视角由权力外部回移至权力内部,具体表现为对政治精英及学术精英的权力牵制,这也成为竞争失范的治理前提。Power in the field of competition for resources at the university of China is a kind of traffic at the mercy of the forces in the end, it contains both the mandatory national will and also melting pot complex official will. In high intensity competition for power, therefore, are the basic characteristics of the current university resource competition, a- mong them, based on the protection of power relations are a typical manifestation of competition misbehavior. Visible, power configuration must assign, realize the rational assignment is based on power from external control to internal control, the control point of view by the external power back to internal power, embodied in the elite political elite power and academic power, it also become a competition misbehavior governance premise.
