摘　　要：研究生教育的核心目标理应是研究与创新能力的培养。然而,通过现状调查与国际比较,我国研究生教育在招生、内容、方法等方面远远落后于人才发展的目标需要,研究生教育的各个环节没有真正聚焦创造力。因此,我们需要在招生模式、教学内容、教学方法、导师制度等方面加大改革力度,借鉴国外先进的教育理念和方式,构建并实施以创造力培养为核心的研究生教育系统工程。The core objective of postgraduate education should be the cultivation of research and innovation ability. Through investigation of reality in China and international comparison, postgraduate ertrolment, teaching contents, and teaching methods in China have been lagging behind target requirements of growth of talents. Students＇ creativity is not finely focused in various aspects of postgraduate education. Using the experience of advanced countries for reference, we need to take further reform and innovation in aspects of enrolment mode, teaching contents, teaching methods and tutor system, build a systems engineering of postgraduate education taking cultivation of creativity as the core and then take it into effect.
