摘　　要：随着民族高等教育的发展,民族高校的规模持续扩大,危机干预事件时有发生。为更好地促进学生的全面发展,转变教育理念,建设好师资队伍,合理设置课程,开展丰富多彩的活动,请进来与走出去相结合以及家庭、学校、社会参与显得尤为重要。With the development of ethnic higher education, the scale of universities for nationalities is increasingly expanding, making crisis intervention events occur frequently. In order to better promote students＇ comprehensive development, it is partic-ularly important to transform the educational concept, construct the teaching staff, properly arrange the curriculum, implement colorful activities, combine “broadening the field of vision” with “absorbing in the quintessence”, and involve families, the uni-versity and society.
