摘　　要：拥有一支懂管理、善服务的服务型教学管理队伍,对于提高应用型本科人才培养质量有着不可替代的作用。只有通过提高认识,转变观念,完善考核机制,提高待遇等方式,才能真正建成一支应用型本科院校服务型的教学管理队伍。To possess a service-oriented teaching management group which is adept in management and service plays an irreplaceable role in improving the quality of applied undergraduate talent cultivation. Only through improving understanding, transforming concepts, perfecting evaluation mechanism and improving salary, can help truly construct a service-oriented teaching management group for applied undergraduate university.
