摘　　要："卓越工程师教育培养计划"是我国高等教育人才培养模式中长期发展规划的一个重要计划。本文主要针对卓越工程师教育培养计划的教学改革及其国内外发展现状进行调查与研究,并在此基础上对哈尔滨工程大学新型人才培养模式的教学改革进行了探索。＂Education and nurturing plan for excellent engineers＂is one of the significant plans for the long-term development of the talent nurturing mode of the higher education in China. The educational reform and development of this plan at home and abroad was investigated in this study. The educational reform in the novel talent nurturing mode in Harbin Engineering University was then explored.
