摘  要:随着经济发展,工管结合人才培养的重要性愈趋突出。实验教学作为人才能力培养过程中的重要环节,其管理模式尚处于摸索阶段。本文以工管结合专业中的最具典型性的工业工程专业为例,在分析其学科及人才培养需求特点和实验教学现状问题的基础上,结合八项质量管理原则探讨如何有效建立实验教学管理模式,以期探索出切实可行的工管结合专业实验教学管理模式。With the development of economy, the importance of cultivating qualified personnel with the ability of engineering and business administration is increasingly prominent. Experimental teaching, as an important part in the process of personnel train-ing, is still at its exploratory stage. Based on engineering and business administration, this paper takes the most typical major, industrial engineering, as an example,on the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of personnel training demands and the cur-rent problems of experimental teaching, together with the eight quality management principles, the paper focuses on how to set up the effective experimental teaching management mode, so as to work out the feasible experimental teaching management mode on the engineering and business administration.
