摘　　要：由于基层地区公共卫生专业技术人员的匮乏,严重影响和制约了公共卫生服务均等化的进程,为推进基本公共卫生服务均等化进程,培养专业基础知识扎实、实践能力强、综合素质高,能够服务基层的公共卫生实践创新人才是非常必要的。The lack of professional and technical staff for public health in grassroots areas has greatly affected and restricted the equalization progress of public health service. It is necessary to promote the equalization progress of basic public health service, and cultivate practical and innovative talents with solid profes-sional basic knowledge, strong practical ability, excellent com-prehensive quality, and the ability of serving grassroots public health.
