摘　　要：培养应用型人才是我国高等教育的重要职责,也是高等教育改革的目标。建构主义理论强调教师在教学时要善于构建便于知识理解和应用的教学情境,重视学生在教学活动中的自主参与,对于药学专业应用型人才培养具有积极作用。The cultivation of applied talents is an important mis-sion as well as a goal of higher education in China. Construc-tivism theory stresses that the teacher should be good at construc-ting teaching situations conducive to knowledge understanding and application and pay attention to students＇ autonomous partic-ipation in teaching activities, which is of a positive role in the cultivation of applied pharmacy talents.
